I want to give a heads-up to all the applicants applying for their product design position. Be aware that they will expect you spend over 20 hours on the test without any subsidy. And the company has no clue about what they're looking for. It lacks a consistent team management system. From my perspective, they are pretty much looking for one person that can do three person's work but only pay one employee an entry-level salary.
