The interview process consisted of 4 steps: 1 - An initial interview with someone from the company where we talked about my career and experience in broader terms 2 - A second interview with someone from the engineering team where we had the more technical version of the same conversation from the initial interview. 3 - A third interview where you present your solution for the take-home assignment they give you after the second interview. Expect a lot of tech talk here because you'll need to explain your solution in depth. 4 - A final interview with the CEO. This talk can go from technical to behavioral and vice-versa multiple times depending on how the conversation flows.
