3-4 rounds of interviews. Very unclear of what the interview was about. the first interview was with a talent acquisition partner who didn't know anything regarding the round. He was reading from a mail and performing actions like reading paragraphs and asking questions regarding design and process [ He did not know anything regarding design process when questioned what he wanted to know he repeated the question and did the same thing for almost most of the questions] Also this call was recorded as they wanted to show this to the stakeholders. Second round was a white board round which was not prior informed. they started with the round thinking that i was informed regarding the same. Also this interview happened at 11pm IST.
