Went thru HR screening call and one round with hiring manager. Rapid process and engaging recruiter until they became uninterested. No feedback or rejection email. Complete radio silent after last interview. Quite unprofessional.
Interviewer arrived and did not know which position the interview was for in the first place. It seemed like there was a gap in communication from pre-screen to interview.
There were also some offhand, rather, rude remarks from the interviewer. I understand the interviewer was a developer, not a hiring manager, and may not have been trained to handle the interview process, but this left me with a very bad impression of Mistplay.
Other than that, process was straightforward.

Ignore this place if you think your time is valuable. I got rejected after two months of interview process without a single justification. Their CTO probably needs to watch some YouTube videos to improving interview taking skills and possibly some judgment skills.
Only if you so needy ask them to finish the interview within a week or so. Don’t let them waste your time. Otherwise, you’ll probably end up writing a similar review like me.
