My interview experience was disappointing. The interviewers spent most of the time fixating on gaps in my past employment history rather than exploring my skills and past accomplishments. It felt like they were more focused on finding reasons to disqualify me than genuinely assessing my qualifications. They seemed to have a very narrow idea of the 'ideal candidate,' which made the process feel rigid and unwelcoming.
