It was easy, only formality , Interview with team members and PI of the project.Then demo lectures on teaching programing and physics. It was good experience , they were very supportive during entire process

Formal one on one with the professor who was hiring. Cordial environment. They showed me around the department and lab. Was also introduced to the research collaborators and they in turn asked a few casual questions about my previous experience.
