1 phone screening with recruiter, interview with department director and manager, then 1:1 interview with a site supervisor. After that, I heard back in around 2-3 days and receieved an offer letter.

Interview
It was 3 interviews in total. The first was over the phone, then spoke to the education manager, and lastly to the director of the program alongside parents. They asked questions regarding my experience working with children and gave me different scenarios of what I would do in certain situations.

If a child hit another child, would you give their parents information regarding the other child?
A short phone call interview. They ask general simple questions. Unlikely, they less talked about your working experience with children. If you have experience or are familiar with Head start, it might be a good place to work.
