Done online. You create a profile, submit an application, submit a resume and cover letter, and they call you if they are interested. After they send you an email telling you that you have been selected and after they call you to verify your references and do a background check on you, they request you to take a drug test and a mini physical. They will also request a shot record. After that, they will tell you to come in for orientation and then you start your job... it took a month.
