Very casual interview, I am a college student and their Communications VP was also very young and easygoing, she was very responsive to everything I said and asked. I was put off because she mentioned that this internship was 40 hours/week unpaid, which was not disclosed anywhere on the posting or anywhere I researched online prior to the interview. She seemed hesitant to mention this, which makes me feel as if they want their interns to accept just for experience and not worry about things like pay and potential benefits. The interview was great up until this point, where I ended it and sent an email following up about how I was pursuing a paid position and was not open to unpaid roles.
