It was a fairly fast process. I seen the job online and handed my CV in store and got a call back within a few days. The interview was laid back and only lasted around 20 minutes. I received a phone call that evening offering me the job.

Applied in writing and two weeks later the 'cluster manager' sent me an email saying I'd been accepted for an interview. I'd applied for the House of Fraser concession but turned out that it was one of the concessions in Topshop which I found odd. Interviewer was nice enough but annoyed me that she hasn't even yet gotten back to me with any feedback on my interview a whole month later. So I presumed I wasn't getting the position then? After travelling a whole hour to get their out of my own expense...
