Interview
It was a group interview process, in which I met several individuals that I would be working with. The held the position long enough for me to move from another state just to interview me which was great for me. They asked typical questions about my resume and went into detail about my various work environments and warehouse experience as it coincides with there work environment.

I guess it would be the questions on my ability to write and train employees on new standard operating procedures on a new WMS system.
