I had 5 interviews and 1 test assignment in total (and was supposed to have 2-3 more, if the company had selected to procees further. Apparently, they did not: after tree interviews on the same day on May 1st, I haven't heard back. The interview with the HR was a nice one, good soft skills and general questions, nice conversation; then there was an interview with the Marketing Director which was also nice, in-depth and with some challenges to solve on the spot. The disappointing part was the 3 panel interviews with other team members: they were asking the same questions, and seemed overall disinterested in the conversation. One of the interviewers mentioned he did not read my resume in advance, the other one (who is not a marketer) was talking about his doubts about the capabilities of the marketing department which is to me a warning sign. The last interview was at 9pm in my time zone so that was also hard to stay focused after having a full working day and 2 more interviews. All in all, this has been a strange experience and it also came as a surprise that I still didn't get a formal reply after 3 months (and zero feedback on interviews, test assignment etc.)
