Mirati Therapeutics interview questions

Multiple single person panels, separate one on one interviews. Asked typical questions about prior experience and working in a matrix environment with internal members and CROs. Interviewed with hiring manager in addition to rest of clinical team and members of stats and operations.

Phone interview a while after sending cv. The interview was on and the team was nice. Panel interview included cross function members. All panel interviewers are professional and friendly. Easy to talk with.
