Recruiter reached out to me for a different role, the salary wasn't on par with what I was looking for but after another phone call with a different recruiter they offered a different role that was more suited toward my goals. After another phone screen for the new role, I then talked to the director. After a day or two, I met the director and the person who I would be replacing (they moved to a different department) and gave a presentation of my choice. After about an hour of conversation about market research and expectation, I received an offer the next day. Everyone communicated effectively, efficiently, and I appreciated that HR went out of their way to suggest a role they had not initially recruited me for. I haven't started yet, but I can't wait!
