You start off with the typical HR screening interview. Then, it's followed by a second interview with the hiring manager. Then, a analysis assessment (you get a couple of days to complete it and it doesn't take 1 work day to complete) that you had to present to the team.

Requires good mathematics, good communication skills which required for the phone calls, good articulation as well. The tests need to be done within 2 hours including technical tests and hiring interview for the first round.

The interview booths are not great as they are very small and also lit in a distracting way with lots of different colours. Multiple rounds for any position- even the most junior role.
