Question 1
Wanted to know experience from print through to digital assets
My first interview was a video interview which was warm and thorough. The next step in the interview process was a (robust, unpaid) creative assessment. It required creating two concepts for Mint Mobile—12 design deliverables total, presented in two pitch decks. For one concept, you were to create designs to match an existing campaign, and for the other, you were to show how you would evolve the look and feel of a current campaign and make it feel more premium.
