I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Minneapolis Business College in Jul 2014
Interview
Email correspondence and in person interview. I believe there is a multi step process for hire. Very prompt response and thorough explanation of job parameters. Not your traditional college, and is explained during the general introductions.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Minneapolis Business College (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2014
Interview
Director was cordial and easy to talk with and sounded like he was eager to make a selection within a week (good thing as classes started in under a month so this appeared to be a procrastinated process). He promised a response within 7 days but did not have the professional courtesy to send any form of communication about the job status. I left a message with the receptionist inquiring about status but that too was ignored.

Question 1
Pretty basic questions about my background that was already covered in my resume
Seasonally they advertise for traveling speakers to present at area high schools (150 mile radius) for an average of $ 40 per hour + limited mileage. Catch is you are expected to give a 5 minute pitch about the college at each presentation; pass out free tour cards to students; collect the cards and return these cards each day to the Roseville college location.

Question 1
First session is an info presentation by the college but also includes an impromptu tryout/audition for 3 minutes by the interviewee in front of others attending the session. only 2 will be selected to continue on (American Idol style). They are obviously looking for very high energy, loud, overly enthusiastic styles of presenting that they feel will keep high school students awake
