I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Minfy Technologies. in Oct 2025
Interview
Pros:
- None observed during the entire process.
Cons:
- I completed three rounds of interviews, only to face a final round that was completely unprofessional. The Australian regional head asked HR to fetch my resume during the interview itself — showing zero preparation. His opening remarks were dismissive (“what’s happening…”), setting a poor tone.
- The co-founder joined without prior notice, and instead of a structured discussion, I was asked vague and irrelevant questions such as “Do you know why you are applying?” — clearly not aimed at evaluating my skills but at confusing or rejecting me.
- When I asked about their strategy, the response was superficial: they described themselves as an AWS shop and casually said “we will do Azure also.” This demonstrated a lack of understanding of what a real strategy is.
- The entire process gave the impression that their intention was not to hire but to learn from experienced candidates like me, wasting over a month of my time.
Advice to Management:
Respect candidates’ time and effort. Prepare properly before interviews, communicate clearly about who will be present, and ask meaningful questions that evaluate skills rather than vague dismissals. Most importantly, stop using interviews as a way to “learn” from candidates — it damages your reputation and credibility. Develop a coherent strategy and vision instead of throwing around cloud buzzwords.
I interviewed for a Data Scientist role, focused on machine learning and data analysis. The panel tested problem-solving, SQL, Python, and case studies. Overall, it was technical yet conversational, with practical business applications discussed.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Minfy Technologies. (Hubli) in Jan 2024
Interview
It was quite simple and easy. The difficulty level is also easy I would say. You can expect a response quickly. People are friendly and very cooperative, Overall good experience.
