I applied online through LinkedIn. The first step in the hiring process was a Remote Task, which was an easy one. Then followed a telephonic discussion about the task and a Remote Technical Interview was scheduled . The interview consisted of two questions, and it was an open ended type of interview. The one thing I liked about it was that the interviewer's main focus was on problem solving ability, thinking process, attitude (instead of just mugging it up and producing the results). The overall interview experience was very good.
