The interview process was quite impersonal and lacked warmth. The recruiter was very formal and did not make any effort to create a welcoming or friendly environment. The questions were generic and did not allow for much depth, especially considering the position required senior experience. The conversation felt rushed and mechanical, with little to no interaction beyond a checklist of questions. Overall, the experience left me with a negative impression of the company's recruitment approach.
