After a quick telephone call, I flew out to WI and was interviewed for the rest of the day by a variety of managers and principle engineers. It was a bit off putting. I was interviewed by several engineers from other departments than the concept development department which I applied for.

Had an initial phone screening followed by a long technical interview that included company culture assessments and technical questions at the end. Very welcoming people that were easy to talk to and open to any questions about the company and their position.
