I went through 3 rounds.
1. - HR round - basic expectation check and need analysis.
2. - Skill check with the marketing director - detailed interview with appropriate grilling and skill check, a detailed candidature fit.
This round reassured me about Mile's interest in hiring its employees.
Task - A detailed task with sub tasks, got feedback for the task aswell almost within a week.
Final CEO - cultural fit round went well, it was detailed personality check done by the CEO.
Final HR - Salary negotiation.
