I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mile High Behavioral Healthcare (Denver, CO) in Sep 2025
Interview
The first round was an on-site mixer with candidates who had applied for maybe half a dozen different roles. They offered lunch and representatives from each department talked about their roles. It was a great way to learn about the company. We were then given time to mingle with employees and other candidates. It was awkward at first, but I'm glad I went.
The second round was a virtual "coffee chat" with the CEO. This was basically an informal interview that didn't have a lot of structure. Very conversational.
The third interview was with the CEO and 2 department heads. This interview was a bit more structured. I was told that this was the final interview round and that they'd be reaching out with a decision after the weekend.
I never heard from them again. Ghosted. It's a shame, because I enjoyed learning about the company and considered them as a volunteer opportunity for myself in the future.

The interview process was easy. The manager that I met made the process easy and I learned a lot. The interviewer began by asking me questions about my job history, and what my interests were.

Solid interview process. They seemed very urgent and quick. When I negotiated my salary, I felt like they were lowballing on purpose. Some red flags throughout process, glad I didn't take it.
