Miista interview questions

Received an email back from the application and was invited to a video call just as an initial chat, or “informal conversation”. Was interviewed by one of the co-founders, at the end of the interviews who asked me to send a follow up email, but never replied. Never heard back, which is a little unprofessional.

Arranged a phone interview to basically get stood up. Waited an hour after the interviewer was supposed to call, then knew that it was not happening. Had to rearrange another phone interview the next week. The interviewer seemed very unprofessional and uninterested in the conversation. Could tell the management was very unorganized and unprofessional. Dodged a bullet on this one.
