I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Midwest BankCentre in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process went quickly at first, less than a week after applying they reached out to schedule an interview, and then reached out for a second round interview just a few days after the first. After that it was radio silence for 2 weeks, then they reached out and asked if I was still interested and that they would make a decision within the next week, then a month later they sent a generic rejection email. The role was reposted on job boards multiple times throughout this phase. Both interviews were pretty informal. It felt like they weren't sure what they wanted and possibly just kept taking applicants, looking for a unicorn.

Interview
Horrible! I worked for this interview for a week. look what happened...Rather than skills they prefer the specific type of experience which was not even mentioned in the JD...you are time wasters for everybody...stop recruiting senior folks ...you don't deserve it

Interview
Extensive application with personality and IQ questions. Once accepted, they will call within several days and setup an interview. The interview was 30 minutes in an office with the potential supervisor. The questions are overall easy and mainly personality questions since experience in field in not necessarily a requirement.
