Midrive interview questions

The interview had two stages one with the marketing team head and another with the CEO. The questions asked primarily related to my experience, hobbies, and values. The first interview tested if I have the right skill set to fit into the role and the second tested if I would be a good culture fit.

Interview was fairly easy and informal. I was first interviewed by 2 people who asked about my work experience and my CV. They explained the job role (the marketing internship is mainly content marketing) and asked a few questions about what things you would consider when writing for a specific audience. I then had a chat with the CEO who asked about what kind of things annoyed me in my previous job roles. He then explained his company culture and things that annoy him.
