I meet the Banking Center Manager at the Bank. She told me the history of MFB and then asked the standard interview questions. She made the whole interview very relaxing and easy. She offered me coffee and told me what i would be expected to do if i should be hired. I was excited to work there after the interview was over.

Do you have any money handling experience? Do you have a problem making calls to current customers? Are you willing to work Saturdays and some holidays?
Overall interview was welcoming and easy. Talked to two hiring managers and they were both polite and easy to talk to. Felt like they cared about what I had to say.

It was super simple, they didn’t ask too many hard questions but they just asked more about you and scheduling is important to them so be sure to have a flexible schedule and they’ll most likely hire you.

Interviews are currently over the phone, but everyone I've spoken with has been super friendly! I'm really hoping I get the job, the environment seems like it would be a really amazing place to work at.
