I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MidFirst Bank (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2012
Interview
I applied online and was called back the next day. When they call you be prepared for a brief phone interview. Basic customer service questions, why do you want to work here, and do you have any sales experience. Called back the next day to set up a phone screen. Pretty much 30 mins to an hour of more of the same but more extensive questions. Then was called back the next day for an in person interview. The people were very friendly. I interviewed with 2 people. The one pretty much just sat there and took notes. The questions were nothing you hadn't already been asked in the other interviews. There were only about 10 this time tho. I thought the interview had gone really well but from day one he had told me he called everyone back who applied. I have no direct sales experience so of course someone with any will get it over me. But over all it was a good experience and it was good practice. It was for full time starting at 10.50 an hour.
Overall interview was welcoming and easy. Talked to two hiring managers and they were both polite and easy to talk to. Felt like they cared about what I had to say.

Interview
It was super simple, they didn’t ask too many hard questions but they just asked more about you and scheduling is important to them so be sure to have a flexible schedule and they’ll most likely hire you.
