Mid-America Transplant interview questions

An hour long phone interview with hiring manager. Then a 4 hour long with various personnel (CFO, Directors, peer group) and an optional clinical observation/walkthrough. Interview process was friendly, detailed, thorough. A case study was given and I encourage prospective candidates for this position to be be engaged on the business-side of the case study and not too much technical. Enjoyed the entire process however I was not given an offer.
