Microtek International (India) interview questions

It was a telephonic round. Their HR asked me all sort of work related questions like what I do, how i do, who all I have in my team, why I want to change, what as been m achivements etc.. but he couldn't answer my queries satisfactorily about the role which he was discussing. he didnt had an idea how many average hiring they do, the average package they offer, their increment policies etc...
