The process itself was smooth, but the interviewers didn't know what the person in the position actually did so they were not able to convey job duties accurately. Was a bit misleading.

Interview
1) Screening interview with HR by phone
2) In-person interview with Research Services Director and Manager
3) Work sample test - following the panel interview we set up a time for me to do the work sample test. I was able to do it at home - they sent the task to me via e-mail and I had 2 hours to complete the work and send it back. There were 2 or three different questions, all of them related to secondary research. There was a little bit of math - algebra - for forecasting market data. One of the other tasks was to seek out adjacent markets for a specified company product.
