Interviewer spent the whole time talking about herself. Didn’t ask any questions and laughed off any serious questions asked of her. I took the job because it was the only hospital of its type in 30-40 miles but I should have trusted my instincts and walked out of the interview.

Interview
It involves a preassesment on the computer with questions based on how you would react to certain situations. They review this once you are done and then the interview begins. They were very helpful and made sure to answer all questions with transparency.
