Interview
They work with head hunters mostly.
Interviews seem to go very smoothly and the staff seems very kind and receptive, however this doesn't last long. Everyone's true colors come out and they start turning against each other.
It is a very deceptive work environment once in.
They refer to the team as family, but don't be mislead.

Question 1
No questions were difficult or unexpected. Lack of competitiveness within the team shows from the first interview, and this should be a clear sign of how the work environment will be within this company.
