fairly standard, interviewers (Deans and chairs of the departments) were very collegial and welcoming. You need to understand the mission and vision of the school well and see if your work matches its mission.

Interview
I had a phone interview, then two subsequent interviews by the department chair confirming percentage acceptance rates on current publications. I then had a one-day campus visit where I met with the search committee and dean only. I did a teaching presentation, as well.
