Interview
I applied online and received a phone call (from HR) about 3 later to set up a face to face interview. The overall process took about a month and a half. The interview itself was straight forward and consisted of a four person panel interview. Most of the questions were general (are you willing to working long/weekends/holidays, Do you have reliable transportation, etc...) The interview lasted about 10-15mins.

I applied online. I interviewed at Miami Dade County (Miami, FL) in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview starts with greeting each other. There is a fixed amount of questions asked to you. Questions are mostly asked on a technical side allowing you to talk more about past work experiences and projects worked on. Some pointed questions like "How was your experience using an XYZ software/tool? What did you learn?" Overall the interview process is amazing. The interview ends sharply at the end time so try to be concise in your responses without digressing.
