I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Miami Dade College (Miami, FL) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview process was done in a friendly atmosphere. I was given a choice of topics to choose from to prepare a mock class. I studied the course book before the interview and asked employees about the process and those interviewing. I researched the college's mission and school demographics.

Introductions were made, I was asked to talk about myself and then I was asked to give the 5 minute presentation I'd been asked to come prepared with. Then some questions were asked. Entire process took abot 15 minutes.
