Interview
in person interview with management team, afterwards there was a follow up over email. I got in contact through a recruiter. They care a lot about how you present and hold yourself for the interview, stay sharp and honest.
Simple conversation with a principle. They have about two interviews and will normally introduce you to a current employee in your field that recently joined so you can ask questions and understand the feeling/vibe of the company.
