3 interviews, one phone and 2 in person. Very in depth interview and tour of facility and staff. Legnthy process to familiarize with who I am, my future goals, cappabilities, and overall assessment of my work ethic, management skills, and what I could bring to the company.

Interview
The interview was mostly the manager talking about what attributes make you useful for taking care of the patients. You will be asked how good your computer skills are, and your education background. Basically on the interview, they will tell you that you are hired on a contract at first and then if they like how you work, they will hire you full time or part time. Be aware that after the contract you enter a "probation period" regardless of hiring and implying job security.
