Very worse experience in interview process, Wasted two days in my life.
Fist day i went to office located at bangalore and three persons interviewed and all said we are happy with u .
again i got call from ht to meet their VN. I went to meet him .
just had general discussion happend and no call from HR till two days .
i just asked for feedback they simply said out vn not satisfied .
there is no proper process for screening candidates in metricstream

Worst interview process. I was told to take half a day off but the interview was scheduled at 11:00 am. That means the whole day is gone. Reached on time to attend the interview. Waited for more than an hour. The HR was on leave. I had to go back to office so told them I cannot wait any longer and left. The HR called up and was very rude. The HR told that this happens all the time and candidate have to go through this if they have to be selected. Unacceptable.
