You are contacted by an HR employee, usually first interview is 30 min standard questions, then you are invited for an on-site interview with the Hiring manager and HR manager.
No dan seguimiento al proceso. No dan retroalimentación de cómo resultó el proceso lo cual te deja con duda y si escribes para seguimiento no hay respuesta. No lo recomendaría
