Executive and Senior Lead DBA asked basic interview questions, talked about the company and divisions, quality of life etc. Then the Senior DBA asked a series of technical questions that either A - represented the knowledge a formal education in database management may provide; or B - represented processes they commonly used. Either way, the questions did not seem to represent thought out use of SQL Server to its full potential and were more designed to trip up qualified candidates in order to decrease a salary offer.
