I had 3 rounds of interview, and it was fairly easy to understand. But the questions were really tough. They focus more on resume based questions rather than leetcode or DSA questions and security related questions are really tough as well.

Question 1
Design a secure system to help our employees work remotely
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview will last for 45 minutes and will be conducted by a Security Engineer from our Product Security team in London. You’ll need access to a computer and we advise you use headphones or a headset so you are able to speak to the interviewer and write code hands free. We will send you a link to access a live coding platform (coderpad) so you can write code live with the interviewer. The interviewer may take the first 5 minutes to ask some warm up questions about your CV/experience before moving into the technical aspects of the interview. There may be some time at the end to ask your interviewer questions. We strongly advise that you prepare some questions as this is a great way to show your enthusiasm for the role. Language selection: We’ve hired candidates who have done their coding interview in virtually every modern programming language, including Python, PHP, Perl, Ruby, Java, C++, Go, C#, and Haskell. Choose the language one you’re most comfortable with and be prepared to use it to solve any type of problem

I applied online. I interviewed at Meta in Apr 2024
Interview
Starting with a thorough resume review and initial phone screen, I engaged in multiple rounds of technical assessments and interviews that assessed my skills in secure coding practices, vulnerability assessment, and incident response. Each stage provided an opportunity to showcase my technical proficiency and problem-solving abilities, supported by discussions on behavioral scenarios and cultural fit. The process was structured and professional, offering a clear glimpse into Meta's commitment to security excellence and collaborative team dynamics. Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding experience that emphasized both technical acumen and alignment with Meta's culture and values.
