I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Mar 2021
Interview
I had an interview when it was a Facebook :)
It was absolutely standart process.
But. HR here is absolutely awful. You do not feel like an important candidate at all. During all process I had a lot of times asked the answers for simple questions. And the major part of time they just ignore me.
It's around 1 year from my interviews but still not any kind of feedback. Didn't like it all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Create a number format from the input string (was on initial interview).
2. To move 0 to the end (you can find it in Leetcode).
3. System design was about adding to Facebook possibility to see where your friends are physucally
The technical round hit me with a classic array manipulation problem: moving zeroes to the end without disrupting the order of non-zero elements. As I tackled it, I felt a wave of familiarity wash over me; I had just practiced a similar challenge on PracHub. The rest of the interview followed a straightforward path, with some easy behavioral questions sprinkled in. Overall, it felt very easy, but I wasn’t quite the right fit for what they needed, so I didn’t receive an offer.
