I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Conducted a virtual in-the-loop interview due to Covid. The Facebook interview process is well managed and structured. It required a fair amount of business case analysis, data analysis (this was a data driven analysis role), and powerpoint work in the case study.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was provided a "case study" that involved a lot of Excel work. It was somewhat difficult as the data had issues that required some manipulation for normalization (time-based) and standardization. It definitely was not just a "pivot table" exercise.

Interview
Give you about 30-40 days of preparation time but mostly questions are from the algorithm end medium level . And behavioral questions can be answered using the STAR method. Interviewers are pretty helpful too

Interview
2 System design, 1 project retrospective, 2 people management, 1 coding interview. If you are already managing people 2 people and project management interview should be easy. Prepare for system design. They would like to know details like how many server exactly you will need, size of DB, TPS etc. These would require some preparation. Coding interview is BS, as if you are really managing people and do not code, you will guaranteed fail this. It does not matter though for selectinon
Ver solid interview process from beginning to end. The recruiter was very knowledgeable Of the role and responsibilities of what I was interviewing for and so were the people I spoke with in subsequent calls. They definitely have a high standard. I'm currently waiting for the final round of interviews which will consist of six different back to back calls.
