Interview
It was really easy! The questions for the video Interview let you record as many times as you want. All the questions are found on here and since you can re record and have as much thank time as you want, I'm not posting them. The interview which was on a Friday was with the recruiter over oovoo happened a couple days after I submitted my video and then I got my CJO the following Monday evening. I was supposed to go to the October 14 training class bit I am going on a trip on the 21st so I couldn't go to thr training. She said it wasn't an issue at all and she would put me in a pool of people that can't do the October training. She called me 10 days later and told me there is a November 4th class and if I wanted to accept the offer to attend training. I said yes absolutely and so I leave the 2nd! Is anyone else going to the Nov 4 training?
Super easy! Did a video interview that was about 4 questions, mostly about you and customer service questions. Had an online interview with recruiters and waited about a week for a phone call.

Interview
Online process where you record videos of yourself answering questions and you have unlimited time to think of an answer and unlimited takes. But you do only have one minute to answer. Questions are pretty easy if you put some thought into them. About a month later I was invited to a group interview session via zoom as well as a one-on-one interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us a little bit about yourself, who is your role model other than a parent, talk about a time with a difficult situation with a coworker, what does hospitality mean to you.
Very easy process. Honestly, it was such a pleasant Interview process. Fairly quick to move forward or to know you were not accepted. The recruiters were open minded and enjoyable to talk to. None of them were so intimidating that you felt unworthy.
