I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Merrill (Denver, CO) in Mar 2016
Interview
This has been a very long interview process. Coming up on three months now and finally interviewing with the regional manager. Interviewed with a couple of local financial advisors and it was smooth and easy. There has been a week or 2 between each step in the process. This dragged it out for a long time. I heard they keep you hanging to evaluate your persistence in a situation like this.
I am still in the interviewing process. I applied online and then received an email inviting me to take a finance knowledge test online. Then I got an email for a phone interview and a link to take the virtual job assessment online which asked questions about what I would do in a situation as well as personality traits. So far it's been a good experience.
