Phone interview followed by flying out to Maryland for interview process. 5-6 different interviewers who asked several questions about different marketing scenarios. They ask you do a presentation in front of the entire interview team.

Interview
The interview process was a phone screening first and then a technical phone interview with a manager. They told me that I would have an phone interview but did not specify that it was a technical so I was a little surprised.

Interview
3 interviews. First: on the phone with HR. Second: by Skype with hiring managers. Third: 4hrs on place with a small group of applicants. Individual presentation and chance to know people working in the company. There was also a small logical test.
All the recruitment process was very smooth, clear, pleasant, and useful. They give you the opportunity to know the company better and people are really nice.

Short phone interview asking about my background and telling me about the company. Basically told me that I wasn't what they were looking for during the phone call and that I shouldn't expect an offer. Asked me basic questions mostly based on experiences written on my resume
