Long and arduous. Not really bad person se, just time consuming. Really didn't like the several steps to get to the hiring manager. However, all were polite and very responsive.

I was hired and promised a start date and then ended up having that start date pushed back and pushed back. Ended up with 4 mos of COBRA and having to take a temp job while I waited.
