Very thorough process. Included many leaders from the Executive team. Each member had 2 specific questions that they wanted to know. One was related to their own needs and the other was for the organizational need

How my contributions could help challenge the leadership team to foster positive change within the organization. What value my experience would bring, and what the biggest challenges might be. How did I think I would face those challenges and what overall support would I need from others.
Application, 30 min assessment, phone interview, panel interview. Not sure about the legality of some of the questions asked. Overall cordial but the process of getting interviews setup was unprofessional.

Interview
HR will contact you for a phone screen. If phone screen goes well they will schedule an in person interview with an HR representative. If that interview goes well you will get called back for an interview with the Department Manager or Director.
