The interview was five rounds, the first was a standard screening call with a recruiter, second was a discussion with the hiring manager. Afterwards you do a take home assignment where you write a mock email as if you are already a member of the team. Then there is an interview with leaders in the role, mine was split into two different ones on the same day. Finally I did a sit down with current employees, which was a refreshing change. Unfortunately, I have mixed feelings at this time as I was told to expect an answer within the week and still haven't heard anything back.
